When cooking outside you will have a good quality large propane Weber Grill, tables to eat at, and a large fenced-in backyard where kids can play. Your group will also enjoy a huge 39 thousand-gallon unique beautiful in-ground pool with plenty of lounge chairs for all. In the evening enjoy sitting around the propane fire pit on a large beautiful patio.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
