Note: This lake home is right on the main channel, so it has a spectacular water view all year-round. The Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) drains the lake down from September to early April, such that the water level drops and sections of the lake not on the main channel have no water.

Note: The guest who books the cabin is required to sign a renter's agreement through an external link, which will be sent to you automatically after booking. The guest who books the cabin is required to pre-approve a $500 damage protection deposit that is 100% fully refunded 3 days after check-out if no damages are incurred and if the guest follows house rules to not disturb the neighbors. The security deposit is not charged to your card until after your stay, and it is only charged if there is damage or if a house rule was broken.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 120 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 90 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
